Free Trial Update

We'd like to inform you of some changes to the Doc Variables add-on. Starting from November 1, 2023, we will be transitioning to a free-trial subscription model. Here's what the new structure will look like:

• 1-20 uses: Full application access
• 21-100 uses: Limited application access with a countdown message prior to execution
• 100+ uses: Paid access only

This change is in response to an update from the Google Marketplace earlier this year, which removed Doc Variables from its featured listings. This has made our app less visible and reduced our daily installs by over 60%. As a result, we're not gaining enough new subscribers to balance out the number of customers who cancel each month (our churn rate).

Since Doc Variables is built for Google Apps and we're not allowed to generate revenue from other sources (like advertising), transitioning to a subscription model was our only option. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
